What is Account Recovery Process for Deactivated AOL Account?
Is your AOL account is deactivated? If yes, then don’t worry as it can be reactivated once again. There may be various reasons behind a deactivated AOL account like users have done it by themselves, or the account is not used for a long period etc. If your AOL account is also deactivated then reactivate it via AOL account recovery that can be processed with the help of steps given below:
1. Go to AOL login page and enter your account user name.
2. Then click next and on the new page choose “I forgot my password” option.
3. Now enter your AOL username once again and then tap next button.
4. After that provide your registered phone number to receive a password recovery code from AOL.
5. Then copy that password recovery code and paste it on account recovery page.
6. Now AOL will take few seconds to verify your account and transfer you towards password reset page.
7. If you are unable to receive verification code in your registered number you can get the same on your recovery email.
8. Then on password reset page you can create a new password for your AOL account and save it.
9. Now you can use this new password to login your deactivated AOL account.
This way you can perform AOL account recovery, with the help of above-given steps. Contact AOL customer care team for any help regarding the same.
